this character is basically "fling shit at a Terry edit and see if it sticks" tryhard OPness, supers that last 30 seconds long, unrelated stuff that doesn't even fit with Terry, and the visuals are dog water. Which mugen does she work?, didnt seem to work on mugen 1.1
@@LandoOrlando read the README file for more info she was primarily designed with WinMUGEN in mind, but does work in 1.1 (she works in 1.0 as well but her effects will be messed up)

@@LandoOrlando i mainly use WinMUGEN, but sometimes 1.x because it runs smoother

@mimismojo well, that's a bit disappointing, but OK. I see your point.
I personally wouldn't be too harsh on CV14 as they're still on the younger side of teenager, they could still learn a lot in the next 4 to 8 years and make something actually worthwhile.
i'm still an rookie and getting the hang of it, the elmo one is the main one that i've seen most improvement on
