Captured a few Golden Orioles feeding on Mullberry berries during May 2024! These images were taken literally 30 metres behind our apartment in Neo Chorio!!

This little fella emerged yesterday.I think that there is only one though,this year!!

A colllection from my local Barn Owls,which have bred locally and are now feeding juveniles!

Quite a wait to obtain this footage of the Nightingale.He only showed in the open a few times, but I persevered and eventually came up trumps!

This elusive bird had previously been seen from early Nov 2021,on the river Ribble at Brockholes Preston, it then disappeared for a few weeks, only to be refound a few mile away, on the nearby river Darwen,Roach Bridge, near to Samlesbury.Many birdwatchers from all over the country have been to see this very rare American vagrant,I believe only a 4th for Britain!

A few minutes of the Pacific Golden Plover at Frampton Marsh Lincs,on a blustery evening!

Great to observe this vagrant this morning in Gtr Manchester.only ever seen juveniles before!!!

Quite a few of these small falcons, pass through Cyprus in the Spring,on their way to Northern Europe.

Larry was captured as an adult in Lancashire and fitted with a telemetry system, which documented his movements and migration.He migrated 5 times to Southern Africa and returned each year to the same area of moorland,in the trough of Bowland near Lancaster! Unfortunately in 2019,his transmissions stopped, somewhere in Algeria and he was lost to us.What an amazing bird!

I had a great time watching these birds bathe in one of the dams in Cyprus.Apologies for the movement,I only had a monopod with me at the time!!!
