Hi bro I know how it feels I got laid off from my company 2 months ago. Suddenly country head called me and he said that I got terminated and I was literally shocked and I cried the next moment because I know that I am performing well but no one helped me in the company, I was figuring out the things on my own. Impacted by layoff is really a tough phase because mistake will not lie on our side and they simply say that you are being terminated because of organization re structuring. I sometime feel that why god is punishing the people who does hard work. My teammates are protected by their seniors in team and they are getting good opportunities in company In today’s scenario luck is all that matters not hardwork😔

If someone is not financially strong ,layoff impacts a lot to them,mixed thoughts comes up instantly and repetitively.But there's no end to it!! Opportunities knocks up on your door everyday no matter what!! My request to all the emerging graduates not to take any wrong step rather be superactive on the job portals ,posts feeds on your work ,make connections to the HR,follow multi companies.
