@@ddemier Hey man so the Amsoil Severe Gear 75W-140 that I used in this video actually has friction modifier in it already so you don’t have to add any just make sure u apply the right amount of diff fluid for your car. I haven’t done that tbh, but i’ve been driving it for a while and haven’t had any issues, I also recently lowered the car and everything seems fine but now that you mention it I will definitely look into it.

So initially installed the control arms first and they definitely stiffened up the ride and reduced wheel hop as they’re meant to do, however without the panhard bar the car would fishtail when I would launch the car, so once I added it, the car was more stable/stiffer when launching and hitting corners forsure. But these cars aren’t made for track use so the more you beef up the suspension the better. And yeah overall the parts make the car way better than stock 100% 🤙

Oh yeah I definitely have wheel hop and fishtailing too. I only drive on the street but sometimes nice to launch harder and give some pedal. 😄 Sounds like these could be my go to upgrades during winter. Thanks for answering 🤘🏻

Its a warmup for me, also helps me retract my scapula better before I bench. Keep in mind I don’t go to failure on them that’s why I say it’s a warmup. 👍
