I've been watching since 1993. I was a preteen. I wish they would do half of this for Independence Day. The last Independence Day celebration I saw was 1998(?), and it was so lame.

From 35 years in the fireworks display industry... it's time for them to bid this show out. This display was very lackluster. They were disposing of a bunch of garbage in this show, and they know it. Bid it out to a company that creat a better show for current times as well as the bragging rights to thia show with contracts they would be awarded from local or state municipalitaies. So in portant to keep this even alive as well as the customers and sponsors of such a grand event. They shouldn't have paid no where close to what they allegedly did for this display in 2024.

Best fireworks show in the world

Only thing is wrong is some countries this music is illegal as a copyright laws

The fireworks were great and it was my first time experiencing them but the air show wasn’t that great. Me and my fam sat over in the great lawn or whatever and the air show plus drone show was more focused on the area to the left of the firework bridge. So nobody to the right could see much. The black hawk show was nice but I wanted to see the Sea Dragon and that didn’t happen. Definitely disappointed with the air show.

Someone needs to be slapped over WLKY for putting the shows online with a crashing aircraft warning sound throughout the whole video. This video is the one people should watch. I couldn’t tell them because they hey turn their comments off like a bunch of wack jobs.

I actually remember that one time a F-16 or a F-22 turned off his engines midair then turned them back on.

As a person currently in Louisville and has gone to thunder for a few years in a suite, the fireworks have been amazing. I think they have done a drone show one time, but I maybe mistaken. 🎆
