    Try asking different questions. Not why is this so bad, but what is this showing me. If we use the tools we have instead of suppressing them or calling them bad, we would realize our negative emotions also tells us a lot about ourself and out environments, there for we can use these triggers/negative emotions/thing we struggle with to gain knowledge of ourself instead of running away from them. Use them as a tool to help you deepen your understanding of yourself. It’s a false teaching you need to defend/suppress/run away, but what we have been taught is showing your emotions are bad and means your weak/unstable, when in all do fairness suppressing your emotions is way more of a weak and the normalities we are trained to follow are unhealthy and the reason why so many of us are so confused and having a hard time handling everything.

    I was born and raised in Gilbert ArizonaðŸ˜Ē Used to be farm land now it's bullsh*it city and ugly houses... I sold my family home and small 2.5 acres to get away from all the disgusting that was there. Crime rates shot up and let's face it, it's not a good place anymore. I left the US completely âĪ
