Hi! The BOM for the Chain that you put inside the BIKE BOM. Is that material set up differently to get that to work? We are trying to set this up in our system and it will not allow us to save it on the order. Thanks!
Jen Smith Hi Jen, I am not sure where you are getting the error. To which order do you refer? What you have to do is to set up two BOMs, one for the BIKE_RNA and one for the CHAIN_GROUP_RNA. CHAIN_GROUP_RNA must be set up as a Semifinished (or even Finished) Material. Depending on how the system is configured it might not allow to create a BOM for a Raw Material (Material Type ROH), normally it does not. So you could get an error if you try to create a BOM for a Raw. I cannot imagine other error. If you give more information I can try to help you. Hope this helps. Regards
