my machine gives me error 0 How to fix it😢
What is the material you use for tracing the pattern from the boat to the fabric?
Yes I want to learn
I believe those star shaped rubber things he discarded are meant to go on the tread post, shaft facing down, plus sign facing up, before the spool is put on. The plus sign of rubber pushes up under the thread spool as a stabilizer. They don't seem to be necessary, but there you go.
You make it look so easy!!
I made my own table with a speed control for leather. The Consew parts have no instructions. This video is essential. Now I know what the stop is. Couldn't figure out the knee lifter either. The thread stand was a puzzle, too. Thanks much!
What is the bonding agent
Here because everybody wants to to take up the art of boat canvas making
were can I buy it for that price ?
very nice! -- QUESTION -- Can I ask what make and model sewing machine that is? It looks seriously heavy duty compared to my Singer!
Great video! Straight to the point! Excellent! Thank you! Subbed!
Where can I find the other videos?
Ill bet that canvas is nice and square.
The bar name is take up lever, but i call it the uppy down bar.I love the video!!
I did it! I did it!! I did it!!
How do you change a bobbin on this machine the foot slams down automatically and it wont come out with it down
THE MUSIC HAS TO GO😊
Does the 206rb-5 not need a drip pan? Mine came with one. I think you have to line up the opening on the drop pan with the knee lift. The one in the background doesn't have one either.
This information video is so old it has dinosaurs shit on it!
Sorry for the comment not trying to be rude the two long brackets that were put on the bottom of the pedal I think are meant to be on the legs to secure the two pieces together also missing a screw on the leg is not really secure you can see it’s already tilting forward with the weight of the machine.
This fuckin video is 8 I said 8 years old but the Consew people are still selling this fuckin machine without any instructions!
Price please
Do you still offer classes and how do I contact you?
I cannot believe you were too lazy to put the guards on the drive. Leaves you open for a law suit from student for sure.
Thanks for the master class John. Just a question, do you get your scissors sharpened or you buy them new when they get dull?
Jeez what a hottie. Boat daddy lol
What is the benefit of using this tool over a C-Thru graduated ruler?
Amazing job. I wish you did my boat
where do i get the accessory for stitching the binding to the canvas
Does this machine have a fold away binding attachment?
Best pencil I have found. Papermate mechanical #2 pencil found at wall mart. virtually unbreakeable. A bit fat but is fantastic in my opinion. Thanks for your videos. Will look at your coarses. oct 25 2023 All the best neal sw fla

Thanks for sharing your knowledge
Thank you, thank you, thank you! I've been searching on YT for about a week trying to find someone who could explain the functions on the control panel and explain it clearly and concise. I just got up at 3:53am and starting looking again on YT and found your video. Thank you so much for taking out time to share this information. Trust me, you have helped so many people around the world and we ALL will be forever grateful for your video. You are a blessing.🥰💕💖💞
Excellent
My Dad can set that thing up when he's drunk off his ass eatting smokeing and yelling at people on his phone about the football game he's watching and the sun messing up the picture in the t.v. .
How much
Your sewing skills are impressive. Did you by any chance make the Bimini and Dodger for a Beneteau 40 named "Impulsive"? I bought the boat recently (from MD) and it has new canvas with perfect stitching.
This video was incredibly helpful. Prior to 3 days ago I had never used a sewing machine in my life. I used a Sailrite machine that my mom and dad have on hand to repair their sails with. I 100% nailed it making a new cockpit cover for my 22’ Stingray. My French seam is a little crooked here and there but the stitch caught the fabric just fine. Note- in my first two attempts I did not follow the your directions to make the marks on the pattern and then transfer it to the new fabric. A note to other DIY newbies, if you do not make these marks you will get a lot of experience using a stitch splitter. Took mine apart twice, then decided to actually follow the directions. Thank you for making this video. Next up, I am going to make a new Bimini top!
Also, I highly suggest making sure the needle is completely disengaged from the fabric before you move the pattern around or readjust your hold. The needle looks thick and tough but they bend very easily and do not work at all unless they are 100% straight. And don’t try to bend it back. Tried that…. It doesn’t work. Thankfully, I found that little tip on the Sailrite channel because my first reaction was- Oh boy. Daddo is about to be really pissed at me for breaking yet another tool of his. 😂
Are these, or is this the same video's offered in the Boat Canvas University's Video Training course?
You are an awesome seamstress - but as you are trying to “teach” try showing the end results without your arm in the way of “every shot”, and thus by showing the “detail” of the finished product maybe “explain” why you did it the way you did it and “wha lah - that’s why it looks this way! Instead I sit here thinking - thanks for waisting my time! Remember - you are teaching… not showing off….
Why did it end like thaT?😮
this is a great instructional great I’m just amazed
You patterned with the actual fabric? Interesting
Is this available in the UK?
Yes, it is a streaming service.
Hello there, thanks for posting this very informative video. I have a brand new concert 2206 Dash Arby’s 14-7 - DD following your guide for the set up. When I plugged it in and turn it on it immediately showed an error code e-20 the literature that I have only goes up to E 17. Do you have any ideas what that could be? Also I am unable to turn the hand wheel or raise the needle up or down. It is the weekend and of course no one is open today any help would be greatly appreciated!!
Where do you get the material?
3/4 of an inch is 19.05mm. If your binding attachment is 20mm, it has almost a millimeter of slop in addition to the manufacturing tolerance of the binding.
Did it fit?
