I Must agree with you. VERY DISORGANIZED & ILL-INFORMED AIRPORT STAFF but very SMART to SCAM people coming from abroad either Filipinos or foreigners.

To my opinion the very base of this is also your capacity for goodness more than appearance. The elephant in the room; what is severely lacking is financial stability that every person deisres. It is a requirement that we must all achieve, not for vanity or greed but out of compassion and love. We wish to see our loved ones not necessarily in comfort but be unburden from the fight.
