I flew Virgin Atlantic Upper Class from London Heathrow LHR to San Francisco Airport SFO, on board their 787-9 Dreamliner.
An 11-hour journey leaving at 12.35pm and arriving at 3.45pm (yay, timezones...), this was not only the longest I'd ever flown but it was by far the greatest experience I've had travelling.
This was very much a once-in-a-lifetime trip, and I'm very grateful to my family for the opportunity to experience this.
