Kecia M. Thomas, PhD, Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, presented a keynote talk during the PI Breakfast Plenary at the 2024 S-STEM Scholars & PI Meeting titled, Mentoring Across Differences.
Dr. Kecia M. Thomas is an Industrial-Organizational (I-O) Psychologist, diversity scientist and Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences at UAB and Professor Emeritus at the University of Georgia (UGA). Over the last 30-plus years, her research has focused broadly on the psychology of workplace diversity.
