If you wonder why I tried not to theorize and headcanonize as much as possible, that's the entire point. I don't want to do Scott's job and write the story for him. It's as simple as that.
These games aren't canon now, thanks to HW retconning them to be in-universe fiction, so it's a waste of time to theorize and create headcanons anyway.
_Great story choice, btw: to retcon everything that came before into in-universe fiction. It totally didn't make these games completely pointless, which makes all the information from them unreliable at best and false at worst._
