I remember visiting someone there once and I walked past an old house that had its own cemetery in the yard. It was a good point you made about the diversity of architecture there. Most neighborhoods in the past several decades have been “uniform communities “, where the houses all look the same, very generic painted various shades of greige. A young child or a pet could easily get lost because they can’t read and the buildings all look the same.

At the 18 second mark, you can already see issues with the siding above what should be the garage doors. D. R. Horton has a very poor reputation. If you don't believe me, just ask GC contractors, roofers and those within the trade. I just came from a Reddit thread where they were bashing this company relentlessly so I came here to check out some videos online and not even 20 seconds into the video, you can already see the issues with their build.

Pasadena has god awful traffic. And they just started building more crap on mountain road which will make things 10x worse.

There is no Bowling center in Pasadena. The AMF center in Glen Burnie closed. Unless a new one was built, the closest ones are Odenton Severna Park, Bowl America which is in Glen Burnie on Richie Hwy., or AMF Annapolis.

I say YES BUY A DR HORTON HOME & stay in touch w/ your builder & visit your new house every week to watch the progress. Most ppl go by rumors & what others say. As a owner of a DR Horton home for over 12 yrs…I would buy from them because they back up with their guarantee, great customer service & if there is an issue, they will fix it right away. And most people need to NOT forget that homes are built by humans, not robots so there will be some mistakes. Every home builder is that way. Even the most expensive 1 million home has flaws. So, there is no such thing as a perfect home. Remember that!!!!
