Raider fan here. I agree. Vikings are going to ruin someone's playoffs. This isn't the 2022, or 2017 Vikings who surprised some people, won some games with smoke and mirrors. This team is grinding, and clutch. Both sides of the ball.

The reason people are sleeping on the Vikings is because when they play a good team they just don't show up. Even the last time they made playoffs, everyone knew they were pretenders.

The defense was stunning, the offense had the potential to be good but Sam Darnold was just… ugh

As a lifelong Vikings fan, I can definitely appreciate that the team have beaten pre-season expectations, especially after losing McCarthy for the season. As someone who has always been suspicious of the Jets organization and how they develop their rookie QBs, I always thought Darnold was better than his career had shown up to this season. An unbeaten season was a complete mirage, and anyone who believed in that was huffing the copium. I don't even think the Chiefs will go undefeated. The Vikings are probably set to lose one or two more games since we have so many divisional matchups left on the schedule, and the NFC North is a warzone this year (and the rest of the NFC isn't far behind). Thing is...none of this really matters, because we have to get through the Lions, and they already handled us at home. Detroit's REALLY good (and good for them, honestly). Still love my Vikings, but I sincerely doubt we go too deep into the playoffs. This just isn't our year.

Teams don't show up to lose, just because its the Vikings. It wasn't their game to lose. It was their game to win and they didn't get it done. They don't deserve any win they don't get!

There is no reason to lose this game, but your team isn't really that good your defense has lots of holes in it that gets exposed the last two weeks
