to keep it from pulling try adjusting the tension on it look up videos on it and it will explain how to do it
Only trouble is they don’t cut that close Whalen you take the guard off. It’s no good for shaping beards because of the stubble it leaves

One of my sons bought the same trimmer, there Garbage/Rubbish in comparison to Andis and Babyliss trimmers. I have the clear proof seeing l have all 3 in my house. Also why are you so mean, if you can afford it buy quality ,most times thats best. Those cheap trimmers can cut hair ,but for Lining up/Edging up there absolute no good at all.

Unscrew it and push the blade back for a zero gap
