I had a situation 3 weeks ago. A drunken driver ran off the road and damaged my fence. We agreed not to get the police involved. He signed a statement accepting liability. I never saw him again. I should have followed my instincts and took him down to the station. It don't always work out.

I used to vacation there regularly as my Grandmom worked there. And my sister and I would play through the buildings sleep upstairs whilst our grandmother and her Co workers worked there was nothing creepy about it. Plenty exotic fruits and iguanas. It was so much fun.
