I have had the unfortunate experience of being represented by them, they should not be allowed to be in business.

The only reason you want me to reply is so you can find out who I am and fire me. You're not here in Canada, so you have no idea how bad it is working here. These people have beat all of the fun out of this place, and now just have a standard sweatshop call centre now. I remember when it was a great place to work, now everyone just lives in fear. They've been firing people without cause or care. Henry's ways are long gone, and it's now just a cutthroat place. You can't go to PS because there is absolutely no one there that can be trusted. They run to managers and ops, and you're as good as fired. I know there's a group of us that have been here over 5 years, and we're terrified. They've been firing people with tenure because we remember when it was a great place to work. That, and we cost too much.
