Hi Lauren. I used this technique a while ago. I ran into an issue, with the starburst. You didn’t mention a topcoat in the video. The matte on the black was a flat black, whereas the starburst was not flat matte, it had a sheen, so I opted for none. Yes, it flaked off. How do I cover the starburst with a topcoat, when the only thing available is gloss or matte. Thanks Lauren…sue
