I want to get over my fear of having no confidence

I'm in Nz also, recently left my family and am trying to begin my own life and all I feel is stuck. The msgs you've given to me today had me in tears instantly. I don't read the bible I only speak to God but the verses I knew word for word and honesty you've given me strength and opened my eyes so thank you!
