Ein Stück aus Schuberts Deutscher Messe , ein wunderbares Stück deutscher Musikkultur. Ein Stück zeitlos und wunderschön wie die gesamte Messe. Schade das man sie stets nur in Teilen hört. Zu meinen schönsten Erinnerungen gehört eine Abendmesse im Freiburger Münster wo wir mit unserem Chor diese Messe gesungen haben. Ein Erlebnis welches ich nie vergessen werde.

In the Episcopal Church, we use this tune for our “Holy, Holy, Holy,” (Sanctus) during the Holy Communion portion of the Holy Eucharist.
Wir in der katholischen Kirche verwenden es auch zum Sanktus😊🇦🇹
