Dao Yin Kang Yang Lower Limbs Exercise |下肢基本功 完整表演
Traditional Chinese health preservation and qigong utilize some unique lower limb techniques to achieve health goals. These techniques are both foundational and the source of health effects. The interchangeability between techniques is also a key focus and challenge in other practices. Therefore, I have compiled the techniques from traditional Chinese sports and created a set of lower limb basic exercises, with a focus on techniques supported by hand forms. This fundamentally establishes correct body posture, footwork, and hand forms, making it very suitable for beginners to practice. At the same time, strengthening leg strength training is beneficial for improving kidney qi, achieving the effect of strengthening the kidneys and waist, helping weak and elderly individuals to strengthen their bodies, and enabling professional practitioners to establish correct action concepts and cultivate the feeling of "being in the qi."

Thank you for posting this practice. I don't have Kangyang Balls, it would be interesting to know what is the purpose of them? In the meantime I used some massage balls and managed to tie them into my middle finger and did the prcatice with the video.
I read a translation that suggests it is man (kind) itself that is the beast of Prey. "3:18 Here is wisdom. Let him who hath mind, calculate the number of the beast of prey; for the number is of man; and his number is Six hundred and sixty and six." Which makes some sense to me. Mankind is the only species that makes prey of everything. This is especially true in the subjugation of other human beings. Which makes me wonder if this passage is a warning to all human beings to not embody the beast spirit but the holy spirit. I say this because we live in a society that has forgone the holy spirit for materialism. Creating a situation where the majority of humans societies are now the embodiment of the beast. Beastly nature is reflection of a spirit/energy of darkness. It seems that this spirit of darkness is what has overtaken the heart of humanity, The big V in this case is a symptom of having already embodied the dark energy/spirit. In this case we can only become one of the elect by purging this dark energy/spirit from our hearts. So it is not to look for the beast outside oneself, but to search within. To take responsibility for our own acts, however small, of predatory beastly nature. Does this make sense? Is this what you are saying?
