Hi Everyone! Today we are doing a lower body workout. Is 45 Minutes long and you'll need a pair of dumbbells, water, mat and block or something to elevate your heels. Let's GO!
*REMEMBER THE FULL FOLLOW ALONG VIDEO IS ON THE CHANNEL.*
Workout Breakdown:
-B-stance RDLs
-Standing hip abductions
-Sumo Squats
-Single leg glute bridge
Repeat each exercise for 3-4 rounds/sets for 8-15 reps.
Rest 20-30 sec between exercises and then 1-2 min when you finish the circuit.
Perform each exercise for the recommended number of repetitions or duration, moving from one exercise to the next with minimal. Adjust the intensity and repetitions as needed based on your fitness level.
