They did the first song in 2013-14 year too. Im going into 9th grade this summer... Almost made basedrum but on final day of tryouts I was so nervous and was messing up a lot...

Nice video. We went there just before Christmas and shot some of the shows in AVCHD.

My school was at this competition too, but we were there for exhibition sooo we werent ranked XD

spring ford is one of the greatest schools ever! we r like every other school when it comes to compitions! except (im not being mean or anything) we do our best every time and we just try! some schools just get made that we try and win! but if they put in enough effort then yea they could be as good or maybe better than us!

ok well that is uncalled for. I'm obviously not sure how long ago that was, but if the current band director was the director at that time and he heard about it, no doubt he raised hell. he has no tolerance for that crap.

well, I only went to school with these people for 2 years so I didn't know a lot of them, but I play flute so I know that that section didn't boast a lot (at least not that I saw...they were proud of course though). Some people, however, may take it too far. Winning 3 years in a row must feel great and they deserve praise, but maybe some of them get carried away. It's high school drama...why do you think I hated it? lol.

don't get me wrong I'm sure BOA marching bands are very good. I'm just saying because I was in band class with these guys (though not marching band) and I saw and heard them practice a lot. I think they're fantastic, but not the only great ones in the world.

It was hot that day esp. when we had to line up for our placements.

You are so right. I'm in band class with these guys (though I'm not in the marching band) and you're right. They are so dedicated and the director is, in a good way, merciless with them! They are outstanding.

Ah, the sound of the spring ford area golden ram marching band, i am proud to say that as of earlier this year, i am a member of this unit, but i only wish we could have done Russian music again just for my freshman year, as it was amazing to sit and watch the group I was going to be a part of in the next year tear it up on the field, and especially watch my brother perform and my sister before him, hoping that whole time that i could be as good at what i do as they were.

The comment left was not a statement on the hardwork of any group in TOB because they all work hard. Its choosing "The Best" band that just blaire their faces off and dont show any dynamic changes what so ever but like i said their show was very cool... Also im a big Cedar Cliff fan and they dont do TOB anymore and i see why...

Im fairly surprised how TOB is slipping, not that this isnt an awesome show but it showcased very little dynamic change and a lot of blasting people off their seats which is a part of Marching Band but I thought the competition part of it was showing variety rather than your dynamic lows being when the woodwinds are playing alone. I also was quite surprising that the tone quality was so blatty but i guess thats what TOB judges are looking for now congrats

man i wish u didnt have to cut the butler-tail thingys off lol. it looked so cool when i saw my sister in the uniform. but the stinky judges said that it made everyone look shorter when the turned around...lol well u guys did awsome! ^.^

im pretty sure this was in November not october because my band competed in bensalem this year at regionals but they might of had a show before that. this is a cool show though

They're more than ok

The band sounds a LOT better live, recording quality off the vid cams can't really pull off the necessary job to get the real audio experience. These kids are GREAT live, and this is coming from a rather jaded old band geek. 8)

Hey im from Windber High School in group 1. I just wanted to let you guys know this show is unreal. The whole show is great but that opener is just....unreal. Um what is the name of this show and the name of that opening song?
