I like very much Emirates and i have travelled 7 times through Emirates only to Netherlands. But this time May 2nd from Chennai flight 2 hours late and missed our connecting flight to Dusseldorf then got 2nd flight but luggages not came. After 5 days only we got. All our dresses in that bags only. Return today now from Dusseldorf by 380 one hour late and connection gate very far away by walk it will take one hour. This time very tension full travel. Always connecting gate far away only from arrival now a days. Very tiresome travel that too in sleepless night travel to Chennai. Please try to arrange connection gate same zone to reduce our burden.

@malabalakrishnan7004 Emirates can provide compensation of up to $1658 for delayed baggage, depending on how long the baggage has been delayed and your fare conditions. The compensation amount also contains the expenses you had to make for not getting the luggage on time.2 May 2024
