Planning to Achieve Goals

Two Quotes about Plans:
“A Dream written down is a Goal, a Goal broken down into steps becomes a Plan, a Plan backed by Action becomes Reality.”
“If the Plan doesn’t work, change the Plan, but never the Goal.”
Goal, Outcome, and Result, are used interchangeably.
You must have an intent/why for each goal, even if it’s to meet your ultimate goal.
Your plan must be the actions that you have to take to meet your goals.
My favorite method of planning is backwards planning
This means that you start your plan based on the assumption that you have already met your goal and then look at all the steps you had to take to achieve that plan, starting with the one that led to the meeting of the goal and ending with the very step you have to take right now to get started.
Your plan must take into account all of the possible things you can think of that could go wrong and include measures to mitigate or overcome those events/issues.
If you can think it, then you can plan for it accordingly.
A good plan also includes what you do after you have achieved that goal.
