Problem is water not the soil . We need huge amount of water for green desert
why wouldnt you dump the dredgings downstream of the dam

Sorry quick question: for the last segment of the video, why would the clean water flow upstream back to the dam? isn't the movement of water downstream (i.e. from dam to delta)?
