Follow the directions on the can as it’s been a long time since I’ve used it. I believe you need to drain the gas but always run your equipment with the manufactures specified oil so you don’t burn up your motor. Thanks for watching!

It’s been very reliable since day one any have been using for ten years with no problems. The only downside is the older units don’t have the cfm’s and power like the newer blowers. For small jobs and everyday grass clippings this will work fine. Thanks for watching!

It runs very smooth. I did very the throttle for the first couple tanks of fuel to break it in so it wasn’t just running at one constant rpm and I always let it warm up for a few minutes before I use it and go full throttle. Thanks for watching and enjoy!

Yes for 99% of everyday blowing grass and leaves off driveways and dry leaves in the grass. If you have leaf jobs I would definitely get the 9010 but it is very heavy but will save a lot of time.

There was a stop sale right after they came out. I was able to nab one the day they were first released. I just got mine back from the recall fix so hopefully once they get all the fuel lines fixed you’ll see them hit your local dealers. For me the lightweight is totally worth the wait. The blades lock in on the spindle so they are perfectly trimmed. There are two notches on the spindle and two holes on the blades where they sit and won’t move. Check out the owners manual as it shows exactly how to change the blades. Thanks for watching.

I never had any problems with my Echo equipment. Dealer support is key. I do run them at 42:1 so everything is nice and lubricated when running at high rpm’s all day. Thanks for watching!

I mix my oil at 42:1 to keep everything extra lubricated since they run at a high rpm for many hours. It is heavy so I use my 5810 for everyday use as that’s 20.9 pounds and packs 700 cfm which is amazing. Thanks for watching!

@@steadfastlawncare mine was leaking brand new but I thought it was just wanted spilled from when I was filling it up. Used it a few times and always felt my back getting wet until I decided to check the web. I just dropped it off at ace hardware where I purchased it from. Used it maybe 8 times to date. Got it in march.

@donpowell4025 Hopefully they take care of you. My local dealer just exchanged mine with another unit they had in stock.

You can find good deals on them but it’s all about productivity. This pays for itself in no time as I’m able to cut my mow time by 40% which means I can add 40% more clients and cut more properties. I can cut 10 lawns in the time I am able to 6 with a 21in walk behind so this was an easy choice on top of the insane build quality. Thanks for watching!

I converted the Maruyama B300L to a bike handle brush cutter. I made a video on that. If you want brush cutting you definitely want to have bike handles for control and ease of use for several hours at a time. Thanks for watching.

How did that happen?

@steadfastlawncare it was 5 years old and overheated. It broke a head bolt, scored the cylinder, and locked up. I did a video on it myself.

@BigSouthOutdoorsTV I’m sorry to hear that. That’s not even broken in at five years. I do mix my two cycle at 42:1 as the 50:1 is so little oil and the equipment runs at such a crazy high rpm.

Mine has been good. There was a stop sale as Honda had major issues with this model so make sure you get one that wasn’t affected by the stop sale and all the problems Honda had since the redesign. My go to walk behind is a Ferris FW15 as it saves so much time.

I’ve never had an issue with any small engine so I have to say quality is top notch on all of the big name brands. Maruyama is made in Japan and has a five year commercial warranty so that may have a slight edge over the others.

During normal use yes I warm everything up for a couple minutes before using. If I let everything warm up in a short video most wouldn’t watch until the end. Thanks for watching!
