Good question. As its produced from the large swell and winds, usually as soon as the storm surge has passed it will dissappear quickly. Within hours, especially if raining. This storm is a bit unusual as the swell and winds are hanging around for nearly 36 hours so will be lingering a little longer.

Sea foam is a natural phenomenon caused by rough seas and plankton. Raw sewage can produce a less wholesome foam but that is unlikely at this location

Sadly you are so right....But there is more than sewage in the sea in N.Devon...Highly toxic chemicals, thanks to corruption.

Yeah couldn't actually get out back as they were breaking all the way too Lundy 😆 didn't check greysands but think there was just too much wind and too much north otherwise other places might of had shelter.

I think my option is riding firmly on a 11 to 12 foot glider but designed to fit in milook and if possible, Porthleven consideration of possibly having to use a boost fin which had a bit of weight with an option for middle fin set up and trying to get it so that it will balance as best as possible the bigger the board the easier it gets I presume but I’ve still gotta consider how I’m gonna get into that wave at milook and as I say if at all possible snagging a few early at Porthleven has been my current 10 foot longboard extravaganza only problem is it has kind of ended in disaster and injury due half of that down to the fact that I keep insisting on surfing the inside section on both of those waves probably not the best plan on the longboard when I was 20 maybe……..🤔 have a proper chat about it at some point before or when I pop up thanks mate you’ve given me hope🙏👍 I will continue working on the rehab and hopefully see you either before or after Christmas👍 You can always grab me on my iCloud account at Maceman13👍😎🤘

@joshsaintlaurent1712 Hi Josh I have surfed my 10'6 in alot of different breaks over the last 5 years and i have had the longest and best rides on mellower beach breaks such as Westward Ho! and Watergate bay. The 2 main standouts are yes the paddle power and how early you can get into waves but also the speed and sections that can be made from riding a longer board. It generates its own speed just from keeping a high line. You would not be disappointed, best thing at puts aswell is you can head further down and find a quieter spot usually. If your interested in getting one shaped could have a more detailed chat down the workshop. Thanks Josh

@@electrofishsurfboards have you thought about a certain point? Not so far from you? I recently did it on a 10 foot longboard one of the best surfs of my life for nailing it from behind the peak pigging through the first barrel getting set up on the slow section and I couldn’t resist and always winding up on the boulders on the inside unfortunately I popped a rib in the process and I’m recovering still at the moment

@@electrofishsurfboards glider would be awesome there on a decent Sutherly or Southeast wind with the giant swell the things you could do there the only risk would be the younger generation on their short boards dropping in but providing you haven’t got any knees that need ligaments and Cartlidge, you should be alright😂
