I went on Freedom pf the Seas back in May. Been on 4 Carnival cruises and just went on Virgin Voyages last month. Im going on Liberty of the Seas next June leaving out of Cape Liberty in New Jersey. Going to stay 2 days in New York. First time leaving out of New Jersey. I always leave out of Florida.
We liked Freedom and sailed on her 2x. We set sail on Virgin Voyages in December, which will be quite interesting for us and we are looking forward to it. Interested to hear how the New Jersey port experience will be like for you. Have a great time. Thanks for watching!

awesome video guys! what is your fav freedom class ship? ive only been on independence with my wife but we are looking at liberty to sail with our 2 kids (7, 5).
Our favorite Freedom class ship would be Freedom as we have sailed on her 2x within the past few years. We sailed on Independence back in 2014. Between Liberty and Freedom I would do Freedom again because of the updates that it has gone through and the overall feel of it, versus Liberty is in dire need of a refresh. I would even suggest an Oasis class ship to try as you will not be disappointed on the amount of things to see and do. Your little ones may love the boardwalk, carousel and kids club there. Take advantage of the Kids sail free promos as well when they are listed. Thanks for watching! (Please excuse the long answer :)

10/10, they are always great!!! They are a must-see show on Royal cruise ships.
I don't know how good your Indian food was, but that did not look appetizing at all.I would have sent it back and got something else.
It was just okay. Not as spicy as I would have liked for an Indian dish.

Hard to even get rsvp for the train restaurant online. It just popped up on the screen when we were making changes to the dining plan and it was there. Fortunately, we caught it and snagged some reservations. Glad to know that the Solarium Bistro is opened for lunch. Thanks for sharing.
Wow! Hope you enjoy this new train experience. I've heard such good things about it. I hope to get a chance to experience it when I sail Utopia again. You can also have breakfast in the Solarium as well. Smaller venue compared to the Windjammer but in all a nice alternative. Thanks for watching.
If you get a drink package (or everything else) is the tips already added or do you get charged that on your card on top of it while on ship?
The tips are already included when you pre-purchase your drink, dining, or spa packages, therefore there is no additional charge when you are on the ship. If you decide however, to buy your drinks a la carte then you will see it added on there automatically but the receipt will still have a blank line as well(this is where some people may double tip). Shouldn’t a travel agent make the seating arrangements for two person seating? I talked to one and she said she can’t do anything about that. Isn’t that why I should use an agent? So I don’t have to talk to someone when I get on? Jw. First cruiser here in beginning stages. Looking for suggestions/recommendations 😊
From my understanding not all agents are the same or may have limits to what they can do. However, they should still be able to guide a client on how to proceed with certain services. (I personally do not use one as I love to plan all these details for myself) In the case for Royal Caribbean a request can also be made via email to rcldining@rccl.com or their 800 number or in person. A few years ago, I went on harmony of the seas, and I feel like the layout is very similar!
The promenade is similar but with each new ship there are some things/features that are added or taken away. Thanks for watching.

Awesome review! I just booked my first cruise on Liberty, sailing in Nov 2024 and it's still going to be out of Ft Lauderdale. I was invited on the trip by my niece so they picked the ship and dates. I guess there will be 12 in the group if everyone goes. I was never really interested in going on a cruise since I had enough days sailing with the Navy while I was in the Marine Corps. Lol! I'm actually looking fwd. to it though. Don't feel bad Ralf I have the FOMO from time to time as well. Lol! Thanks for the review guys and look fwd. to seeing more of your video's. Maybe after I go on this one we'll run into one another on a future cruise.
