Good-Bye Gluten
United States
เข้าร่วมเมื่อ 11 เม.ย. 2023
My wife and I made this channel to help others transitioning to a Gluten-free lifestyle, either by choice or medical necessity. I was diagnosed with Celiac disease back in 2004 and my family had Wheat/ gluten sensitivity/allergies. So, it was a a struggle to find proper foods to make, learning how to bake GF good was tuff, because back then there wasn't any TH-cam channels about it or even public knowledge about Gluten free life until President Clinton's daughter married a Celiac.
So, we are here to help you find great restaurants, products and recipes, also great tips on living a Gluten free lifestyle.

Omg WE MAY BE RELATED. I'M A HELTON AND WE ARE CHEROKEE.
I just love caramel popcorn, especially with the peanut 🥜 😋 thank you for sharing ♥️
You are very welcome. Thank you for watching. next month im making 9 gallon bags worth for our first responders! its a yearly tradition my family does.
Hi there! Those look yummy. Do you have a particular type of popcorn you like to use?
Great question1 I just use Orville Redenbacher's. You can use lightly salted microwave popcorn too. 1 1/2 -2 bags equals twelve cups. Thank you for reaching out and watching! have a great day! My favorite style is Dragon. Now the part where i put in the cocoa powder is a separate batch than the hot sauce one.
You never said how much popcorn per batch
Its in the description below about 12 cups popped with all the ingredients. im working on a butterscotch kind! Thanks for watching!
This was confusing as you showed adding cocoa powder then you add ghost pepper sauce you made enough for three helpings but when do you separate for the different flavors. I gave up when it looked like you did choc and ghost together.
pepper sauce for one kind, cocoa was for another. i guess you can put both in.
Looks delicious ❤❤❤
They are! I've had so many who tried it and loved it! Thank you for watching!
Never mention how much brown sugar? I’m guessing 3/4 cup?
yep, i typed the recipe for a single batch in the description area. Thank for the heads up and for watching!
Good video. I am not gluten free ,but I do like peanut brittle a bunch.
if you like spicy food, you'll the dragon style
This is really good clam chowder. My dad says the best clam chowder he ever had was in San Francisco. Don’t know if that’s gluten free though. Is it like a diabetic diet a gluten free diet?
Gluten free diets are where you cant process Gluten which come from wheat, spelt, barley, rye( whaa) and its the part that is makes Celiacs and Gluten intolerant people sick. So, people who have psorsis and eczema and notice it flares up after eating gluten products should have them checked out for being a celiac or Gf intolerant. Thank you for watching!
Why won't this let me give you a THUMBS UP???????????????????
it worked for me, it could have been lag. you can try it again
Can you explain a lil bit more. You stated you multiplied your syrup mixture by three but that doesn’t look like 36C popcorn per batch. So did you divide the syrup out between each 12C batch. Please explain!
first of all. thank you for watching and reaching out! what i was stating at the beginning was for a single batch. 12 cup popcorn per batch, yeah it doesnt look like 36 but it was. you can also add more popcorn or less, it depends on how much coating you want. if you want it really coated, try dropping 2 cups per batch. If you try dragon style and find it bland, kick it up a notch by adding 3-4 tablespoons a batch, but keep any dogs and cats out of the kitchen, the fumes can be.... harsh, but after it cools the flavor is amazing! it wont be burn you tongue heat, but it builds up quick. I hope this helps and thank you very much for watching. i hope you check us out every week on Tuesdays for new videos. Also, check out about us section for links to my other youtube channel, my artwork, and novels. We are in process of setting up a GBG store. have a wonderful day!
So…u made fondue….??😊
sort of. fondu is usually with Swiss cheese, but yeah. I tired Alton Brown's version, i personally think mine is better. where i use Pepper Jack, mild cheddar and medium cheddar. Thank you for watching!

Looks good. Eating gluten free can still be tasty!
Thats our motto!

The sweet and sour chicken looks great . I don’t like Thai curries
Some of them i agree, some are super yummy. Thanks for watching. That ws my first time liking Zucchini
High fructose corn syrup?
Its the corn syrup from the grocery store, but you can replace it with honey. Thank you for watching.
I have never had those. it looks really healthy.
it will become one of your favorites as soon as you try them
That looks so yummy. I am not even a gluten free eater but I am going to get some of those.
they remind of little Debbies snack cakes!
I HAVE NEVER HAD THIS! IT LOOKS AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!😋😋😋

I always loved Cracker Jacks Caramel Corn
i know! i grew up on that Thank you for watching!
Great lookin pizza
it was time to make another! Thanks for watching
So sorry, I thought I subscribed...I am now!! Whoo hoo!😄😍
🤩
I like using the disposable turkey roasting pans but don't throw them away, you can wash and reuse them several times!!
Thats a really great idea!
This is almost the same as my recipe...who doesn't love caramel corn! You didn't ever mention the amount of popcorn. Would have been nice to see the final product on the texture and how crispy it turned out. I bake mine in 15 minute intervals at 300F for 30 minutes, sometimes up to 45 minutes, depends on how long it takes for the popcorn to get a bit crispy and no longer sticky. Pecans, cashews or even pistachios are great additions as well. Adding maple syrup and some crumbled bacon never hurts either!! Hee hee😂😂 LOL Hugs from Texas!
Really? I thought i did, but i always write down the amounts in the recipe in the description. Thank you for watching. Our local PD really love it when i bring in several gallon bags worth at Christmas time.
I love your puppydog!
@@Good-bye_Gluten Awesome, that's wonderful, I know they enjoyed it. It's just so good!😁

Oh, I have always wanted to know how to make this sauce... Thank you for your video.
Thank you for watching and subbing! When you grill pork or chicken, it's great as a bbq sauce! I am going to use it in a casserole soon. mmmm
Clam Chowder, eh? Seems like something my dad would eat. Still tho That looks good. Tho I don't think we have Progresso in the EU. Either way I'll find some even if I have to get it imported. 👍
You can order from Amazon! I think you have to buy a a flat (12) of them. Thanks for watching! What part of the EU are you in ?

In my last meatloaf I put a box of seasoned stuffing & eggs, boy was it good. I just sliced leftovers for sandwiches. Indivitualyy wrapped in plastic, then put them in plastic bag. The flavor was great. God bless you from Grandma Katie
That sound wonderful! We'll have to try that, but where did you ever find GF stuffing? I usually have to make my own. Thanks for watching!😇
Try making meatloaf with cream of mushroom soup (do not dilute) instead of tomatoe sauce. Use the soup as the binder and smear some on top when you cook it. It's delish.
we'll have to give that a try! Thanks for the heads up!
I always make my meatloaves and cook them in muffin tins. Been doing it for years. YOu can eat what you want, and freeze the rest.
i KNOW, IT AWESOME! Thank you for watching!
How much popcorn
12 cups of popped popcorn
Thank you for watching!

Thank you for the heads up! I put it in the description area. You can also use tomato sauce instead of ketchup to cut down on the processed sugars. Thank you for watching!

I LIKE A THICKER STEW!
Yep i do too!
How funny,I was just going to order flap steaks. YUMMY!
They're great in fajitas too!
Have you ever mixed the flavours?
I tried chocolate and spices and it reminded me of a mexican dish one of my ex's made for me. like a mole' sauce. im going to try for sour apple, Spicy BBQ, any other ideas? Thanks for watching.
WELL DONE! I am not even "GLUTEN FREE" but I love your channel!
we love you too and your chickens!
I recently had clam chowder at Chelsea Farms in Olympia - wonderful! 1 LB MANILA CLAMS, CREAMY FUMET, POTATOES, PORK BELLY, GREEN ONIONS Now, your recipe leaves me asking if this was supposed to be a chowder or a gravy? The amount of bacon to the actual amount of clams is overwhelming. Chicken broth instead of clam juice or white fish fumet is uncalled for. The flour is unnecessary. After cooking, half the potatoes could be blended to thicken the chowder to a proper consistency, not paste.
It was my first attempt at it. i went through 6 recipes and gleaned the info. Thanks for the heads up, ill try out your style! Thanks for watching. Is Chelsea Farms gluten free place, or is it a few items? Have a good day!
Love this !!!
Thanks KIKI! i am sorry i didnt respond sooner, i was a bit busy.
