It ruined my life worse than you can imagine, I couldve been rich without it because i had to manage my savings and investments and it all went to hell because i smoked too much in that time.

Maybe to switch it to positive, try being grateful for hating the smell, because a lot of people who quit don’t. Or be grateful that you’re free. Every time you smell it, it’s a reminder that you don’t need it anymore. I live in a house with a weed smoker and I don’t know how to quit while living here, but I know I need to quit to get out and progress. The problem is every time I’m sober, my hatred for living here gets so bad that I need a break or I want to hurt myself to end it. It’s unbearable but I don’t know how to find a new place to live in this economy, and weed is the only thing that gives me break from feeling like I don’t want to be here. It’s hard man.

Keep your mind on the positives. Remember how much you dont remember when you were deep in that routine. Remember how much money you dropped on weed and the inevitable munchies run. Remember you're on the path to addressing your problems head on and not pushing them to the side through numbing them. These are things I do thats helped a lot. I was stoned all day every day for 7 years straight and it amazes me how much my life and progress has improved in the 6 months Ive been off that loud. Much love

im 27 too. smoked since 15 and quit a few years ago. life gets extremely better after quitting man, its such a psy op in our culture.

Your body is talking to you on a deep level and you’re intuitive/sensitive enough to pick up on the cues of how toxic alcohol is. It’s toxic on a cellular level and kills your microbiome and wreaks havoc on your life so because of how you feel keeps you off of the sauce!!!!

Thats when I new I was addicted and had to stop and when I quit the anxiety and depression got even worse but it is slowly starting to get better, im curious how did you feel when you quit and how long did it take you to start feeling better?
