It’s fine that they didn’t give her a redemption arc BUT AT LEAST TREAT HER LIKE A PROPER VILLAIN. Chloe has been through a lot. All the people who she cared for deeply either ignore or hate her (or both). When she tried to be a good person, her efforts went unnoticed and unappreciated. She only ever wanted to be loved, and her need for approval was met when hawkmoth(or whatever his name is now) akumatized and manipulated her into doing what he wants. She could have been a truely tragic character to show the affects of neglect and why we should treat those around us with kindness and yet they push her off to the side. I honestly find her much more intriguing than lila and i feel like in future of the show if they had instead set her up to be the next hawkmoth and forced ladybug to realize the consequences of her actions and her harsh beliefs on who can be good and who can be bad and recieve character development to make and show that she is human. She has flaws in her belief system, she has flaws in her personality, and THAT’S FINE but the purpose of that in a show is to make her GROW from those flaws and become better! Whether they made Chloe a hero or a villain, they had the opportunity to not only make one actual non-one dimensional character but two to the whole cast. And now if you can excuse me, I am going to continue writing my 34 page fanfic showing what i had just mentioned previously.

I love this animatic❤ Chloe's charecter was entirely ruined post s3,she was on such a great charecter arc but Thomas' immature hatred for her ruined it. Compare Chloé s1-3 to Chloé from s4-5 they removed all of her interesting charecter traits to blatantly demonize her she was always a bully and mean but she was getting better but it's as if after miracle queen the show tried to portray her as a straight up wicked person disregarding any of her redeeming qualities to make everyone hate her.
