Well now i know what the metal thing sitting loose up around my master cylinder is. Its a antenna mount just like what you have towards the front of your hood on the passenger side. Do you know if they still make those? It would look good on my 76 f150 4x4.

I just recently bought a red 1976 f150 4x4 that is very similiar to yours. Mine doesnt have the side lower tool box tho. I do have a 74f100 that has one.

A stroked 390 is 410 cu in . A stroked 406 is a 428 . A 390 has a 4.05 bore a 406 has a 4.13 bore a 428 has a 4.13 bore and a 3.98 stroke .

I have a 76 F100 with a 428, Hedman headers, and Flowmaster 40 series. Sounds very similar to yours. Mine is way more cold natured though with the 750 double pumper and no choke, lol.
