Such a good sermon until you went too far in trying to lean on the notion of total depravity to prove your point from 1:06:30ish. The efforts of non Christians to be kind or to show love are not purely superficial and hiding their true feelings of hatred all the time. Your audience knows this inherently from their own experience! All human life is made in the image of God, yes we stuff it up, yes every single sin we commit separates us from Him (thus we have all sinned and fallen short) and yes we desperately need Christ and His sacrifice - He is the only way to the Father. But we are not all inherently full of hatred. The far stronger point you made was that Love can only come from God. So why is love the way to know (John 13:35 & 1 John 2) that you are secure in your relationship with God and that you have eternal life (as per John 17:3)? Because (Colossians 1:16-17 tells us "all things have been created through Him and for Him. He is before all things and in Him all things are held together" and James 1:17 then rightly states "every good thing given and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shifting shadow" so love can only come from Him. But that does not mean that we don't see it in a corrupted form within people who have not yet come to Christ. They too are made in His image. However, in Christ, love is perfected, we are new creations and His love is made complete in us 1 John 4:12.

Hello my friend , Thanks for your take on the little scroll. You may not like this comment. You may think that I am one of those people you described in your video 🙂 But, I am not trying to make anyone fearful nor am I trying to sell a book 🙂 I am just another person who loves our Lord thus am always reading and searching for truth within His word. After all , is this not what God would have us do ? Since youtube came to be , it has taught me that there are some very important scriptures that many have studied and yet peoples interpretations are not the same. Many of these people are Christian teachers and Preachers and some also consider themselves as Biblical scholars but they do not all agree on interpreting certain passages. For every Biblical scholar who claims to know the date of a Biblical event , there is another Biblical scholar who does not agree with him. I do however think that God reveals truth at His proper time. Example ? Maybe the most important prophecy concerning end time events ....... Daniel 9:27 And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate. Throughout my whole life I have been taught that Gabriel was insinuating to Daniel in Babylon that there would come a time when the Jews would build a third temple dedicated to God on the Temple mount and they would reinstate sacrificing animals blood on an altar only for the antichrist to put a stop to them doing so 3 1/2 years into a covenant he will have made with them. Problem is , Gabriel did not say anything about animal sacrifices. He did not because he was speaking of the true blood sacrifice and oblation that he knew that our Lord would provide. I believe that this truth is directly related to and leads us to why John was told not to write down what was in the little book. Because once it is public knowledge , it will trigger the desolation of the blood sacrifice which in turn will trigger the desolation of the earth. It has to be revealed in God's timing. * Ezekiel 7:22 My face will I turn also from them , and they shall pollute my secrete place for the robbers shall enter into it , and defile it. The sweet part could be God's truth , His physical Ark containing His Law being covered by His blood on the mercy seat is revealed to man kind thus declaring Himself as the creator of the earth and the life therein for all to see. The Bitter part could be that God's secret place has been defiled and the sacrifice is no longer available for forgiveness of sin. Once the sacrifice and oblation was furnished there was no reason for man to enter the True Holy of Hollies which is Jeremiah's grotto. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Concerning God revealing truth in this later day . God's Hebrew language and also the New Testament Greek language ...... they are numerical languages. From the God who knows the end to the beginning ..... Let me share..... " בראשית ברא אלהים את השמים וא ת הארץ " " In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth " Numeric value = 2701 2701 breaks down as 37 x 73. The number 3 represents Gods divine perfection , the number 7 represents God's divine completion. The number 37 represents God's divine perfection completed. The number 73 represents God's divine completion perfected. If we place the numbers 37 and 73 together to make the number 3773 ? The numeric value in God's Hebrew language for the word " אמת " which means " Truth " = 3773. The number 3773 breaks down as 7 x 7 x 77. I don't think these numbers are by accident , but what could they mean ? Well , God has shown us that he has a calendar. His calendar started on day \ year 1 of creation and consist of 49 year cycles. There was a 7th day of a 7th week of a 77th Jubilee cycle. It was the last year ( Jubilee year ) of the 77th cycle. 77 cycles x 49 years = the Hebrew year 3773. Did anything significant happen in the Hebrew year 3773 ? In the Hebrew year 3773 was the Roman Gregorian year 13 AD. The answer is yes ...... Baha'u'llah is the return of Christ in my belief as a Baha'i. You either believe that or not but I think it's good to investigate it further. Baha'i's believe the Manifestation/Prophet will bring new Teachers for humanity to suit that time's social and spiritual needs. Right now, the world needs fresh Spiritual laws and, in my view, the Baha'i Faith gives us a beautiful blueprint for transformations of society and the self. Baha'u'llah's Words and Teaching are precious. I can follow His teachings and be in accordance with Jesus' hopes for humanity at the same time!
