Hello Jeanette. So happy to hear your chest. Is better. Nothing makes me feel better than seeing nature. The deer are absolutely beautiful. We see beautiful kangaroos most days and evenings and lots of rabbits. The birds are glorious and we have a magpie who sits outside our window and warbles away. The sounds and sights of mother nature are food for the heart. Really enjoyed seeing you and your podcast. Enjoy your couple of days away and take care. Love to you and Timothy. ❤❤

You have made me feel a bit better as all I’ve managed over the Christmas and New Year period is a few rounds on a sock and casting on and knitting a few rows for a waistcoat. 😂

Happy New Year Jeanette. Lovely to see you back. I hope you can get your Mojo back, but don’t rush things. Search out some toy patterns you want to make maybe. You need to look after number one and look after your mental health. Looking forward to seeing your new craft room. I’ve had a nightmare this year. First cut the top off my finger slicing meat 😬 (I was a chef, so should have been more careful lol ) Then tonight, I went outside to get something from the freezer, slipped on ice and landed face down on the floor. Thank goodness for my little Shih Tzu, Lady, as she alerted my Husband that I was laying out in the cold and couldn’t move. Think I’ve sprained my shoulder, so no knitting for me at the moment. Oh well, things can only get better lol. Take care of yourself xxx

I feel the same as you about this year's Toft and it has affected my mojo too,. The bag is living in my spare bedroom and upsets me to look at it!!! Ridiculous I know. I'm going to have to pick myself up by my boots and give myself a good shame up!!! Love the look of your mouse x

Hi Jeanette we all lose our mojo at times but it’s not just the crafting I come here for. I love your waffling and chat. Hearing your accent takes me back to where I come from. Your chair going down and your face made a painful day into a day of bursting out laughing and scaring the pants off my husband 😂😂. Paula’s makes are brilliant and I love her channel too because of the waffling she does. You are both people who are so relatable. Take care and look forward to seeing your year of toys 👍

Really pleased to see you back Jeanette, guess who was a lucky mum and received a gift of Catherine Hill fabric for Christmas 😊 it’s so lovely and I’m considering making a Roman blind with it so that i include all of the shops on the hill, so excited 🤗

Dearest Jeanette- so lovely to catch up with you ❤ I’m excited that you’re going to the Lake District- when we visited the UK my wonderful husband allowed me a whole day of Beatrix Potter-ing 😂 we went to Beatrix Potter World in Bowness-on-Windermere which was so thrilling and then we went to her house at Near Sawrey- I could barely speak which is very rare! You’re very lucky to have such a lovely craft room ( mine is almost ready!)- I’m thinking that maybe enclosed storage could help you because then, if it’s behind closed doors, you aren’t looking at everything the whole time. Always enjoy your podcast, through the good times and not so good times, makes me feel like I not the only one. Prayers that all will be better in 2025! Family issues are never fun, but you can only do so much and taking care of your health and yourself is much more important(one of the main reasons I picked up crochet and knitting, gives my mind something to focus on other than what is going on around me). On another note, love the little mouse in the box, love the cotton rabbits, I have made a few of the bunnies and can’t wait to see your year of toys and your redesign if you craft room.

Hi Jeanette, I'm glad you're back & feeling somewhat better. I don't crochet but if I remember the Christmas Carol movie wasn't Jacob Marley's ghost kind of stooped over to one side? Maybe his shoulders aren't supposed to be even? Also I wanted to mention that when our grown children have troubles, as much as we want to help we can't fix it for them. Don't let other people's problems ruin your health or mood. You can just be there for them as much as you can but don't carry their burdens yourself. God Bless!!

I must say i also started the marley ghost because i loved it when you showed it but like yours , mine is also in the naughty corner . I gave up on the first part as just wasn't understanding, moved on to the waistcoat and ive done it all wrong . The left side i think should be the right lol . I hope you have a lovely break away x

I've just spent a wk de stashing my craft room as I felt exactly like you. How about keeping your ironing board for domestic use.and buy yourselves a table top iron board. Much better less room taken up.keep your chin up sending luv Pauline & Brucexx
