It depends on the product and how thick it has been applied, but personally with the Kiki London gel polish on short/natural length nails using our remover or acetone I find 15 mins works well x

Just a regular stamping polish or you can use sticky polish but I find regular stamping polish works the same x

Hey! Both ways work as well as each other tbh, on myself I've always found it to work better curing the first layer as I really scrub this into my natural nail plate, I used to get a lot of lifting on myself and this helped eliminate that, but on clients I've done the way you mention and it's worked fine, sometimes different techniques will work better on different people and then also sometimes it can just be personal preference/how you've trained ❤️❤️

It's not a necessary too, I don't always, usually I only will if I notice something on the surface like dust of a bit of fluff, because the rubber base leaves a tacky layer after curing sometimes it attracts little particles of dust etc so I will wipe then top coat x

I believe the main difference is how they appear - however alot are similar, for example some are more shimmery, some more opaque.

As far as nails go, 3D means 3 dimensional which means it’s not flat. And with regards to nails, there is nothing more than 3D because there are no other dimensions visible to the human eye so 5D and 9D are just made up, they’re the same as 3D. And cat eye is a polish that has magnetic particles in it that can be rearranged using a magnet

Thank you lovely! It takes a bit of practice and with time you get the hang of it, it helps to have a nail art brush to hand to get neat around the cuticles ❤️

It took me awhile to get a good effect. I ended up getting a few different magnets, because some are better than others. I practiced on tips and a fake hand. Flash cure each nail after you get the look you want so it doesn’t change while doing your other nails.

@@julialindman3096 I agree, its definitely worth doing the curing nail by nail. I started with 2 thumbs and I'm sure the 1st thumb lost the effect while I did the 2nd one.

Flash curing after each nail definitely helps doesn't it! Especially when you're really happy with the effect and don't wanna lose it! ❤️❤️

I see your set it looked stunning!! Definitely play around with holding the magnet slightly further away, you can really play around to great different effects ❤️❤️
