How would u do full chrome nails, with a different chrome isolated design?!

Hi there, I've just done my first application. Can I ask, is the primer supposed to be slightly tacky?? I applied a thin coat, and let it air dry, but it still felt slightly tacky. So I'm confused now. Tia.

Beautiful Collection! Aqua Waves is definitely my favourite, I am wearing it now and I love it! Next would be Sky High Blue and Willow. The coat coat is awesome, it feels so smooth and shiny, unbelievable!
