Indian Dispute Resolution Centre's 3rd Arbitrate in India Conclave 2024 (29th November 2024)
The Conclave was organised to highlight India's strengths in becoming a Hub of International Arbitration and the challenges in the journey. Conclave will discuss the latest trends in the field of International Commercial Arbitration, Institutional Arbitration and more.
The Conclave will ponder over the theme ’Arbitrate in India’- Making Resolving in India a Reality' to strengthen the government’s call for 'Resolve in India’ and to make India a hub of International and Regional Commercial Arbitration.
The Conclave will feature two Panel Discussions on the following topics:
1. India as a Hub for Institutional Arbitration: Ad-hoc v. Institutional Arbitration and,
2. Arbitration in Banking and Finance Disputes: The way forward.
