I really appreciate your drum cover on The Empress. It helped me with my blast beat technique and double kicking. Around a year of playing death metal based songs, my technique and stamina has improved way more than before :')

My double bass speed is 190 but i'm only using shin muscle How to use calf muscle?
Good. Actually, the calf muscle movement isn't so important. Because of the anatomy of the body, your calf muscles are only used when you stand on your tiptoes and put your feet way below your ankles. This is an abnormal pedaling position and you're clearly straining your body. You can just relax your calves so they don't get in the way. So your movement is probably correct. From here on, I will be talking about swivel technique. The most important thing is to use your shin muscles to bounce the pedal like a basketball. Now try doing the same thing, but rotating your foot. As you get faster, the up and down movement of your leg gets smaller, and the vector of movement becomes more and more parallel to the ground. If you can eliminate unnecessary muscle tension, you will naturally increase your speed. You can play double bass at 190 bpm, so practicing without a spring might help you get the hang of it. What pedal you use for heeltoe technique? And can you recommend pedal that good for heeltoe technique? I want to play heeltoe technique 😢😢
I use Pearl's p-2052. And I exchange the cam with yellow one. I recommend this setting cuz its setting is available in cheep cost, but if you get a skill of heel toe technique more easily, you would buy trick or demon xr. Good luck man👊
