Perfect for home exercice, thank you!! 💙 I love that for the first side plank the timer is 30 sec but you do not stop at 0 and just continue another 30 sec. Just like at the studio : "- but Julie the exercice is finished!!" 😱🥵 "- oh well we can hold it a little longer" 😌😎

Why does youtube hate good pole content so much?
I don’t know. Most social medias seems reticent with pole dancing 🤷🏻♀️. I avoid high heels in my tutorial because of that , i never wear snickers when teaching lol 😝
