Wow! I feel like my last comment was SOOO long ago with the information that I have found out since then. I hope you see my comment! I have recently discovered that the root cause to my Eosinophils being high and my immune system being all out of whack is my root canals and wisdom teeth cavitations! I am currently working with a Biological Dentist as she is removing my root canals and cleaning out the wisdom teeth cavitations. They have never caused me any facial pain, but have driven disease systemically throughout my body. Please watch the documentary Root Cause. Also look into what RANTES is in Dentistry. I hope this gives you hope as it has me. The inflammation is in our bodies for a reason, if we could just find the root cause…. I will be getting my other 2 root canals removed and all 4 wisdom teeth cavitations cleaned out at the end of April 2024. Today is March 4th. I’m excited and nervous because I am flying to Frankfurt, Germany to have this done. If anyone would like to know updates here, just let me know. I check my notifications often. Good luck!! ❤

@@marysolp9621 Yes, everything went well! Symptoms have also gotten better! I just started implementing pro metabolic eating also to heal my metabolism, hormones, leaky gut and immune system. Look into Ray Peat. Also look up the Minnesota starvation experiment. Very interesting what eating too little does to our bodies. I unknowingly did this for most of my life. 😔 It may take 1-3 years to heal. But at least it’s NOT a diet and you don’t have to restrict anything! This is how we should be eating!! Not afraid of food OR sugar!! 🙌🏻❤️💪🏻

I feel you. After struggling from getting Covid in April, 2021 I started to have severe respiratory symptoms. Waking in the night barely able to breathe and felt like I was having a panic attack. I’ve had to sleep in the guest bedroom for almost 2 years as not to wake my husband in the night while I’m hacking and coughing up so much mucus. I also had to quit my job in December 2021, because I was doing so poorly and just couldn’t function. I was doing a lot of research on diet and lifestyle and really cleaned it up. Eventually, I went to a Pulmonologist in March, 2022. The chest CT showed a lot of inflammation and he also did a PFT. He diagnosed me with Asthma. When I mentioned to him, could it possibly be Eosinophilic Asthma, he said that’s not what I had… 😒 He prescribed an inhaler that seemed to work at first but then after a few months, it stopped working at all. And then continued with my research and diet and lifestyle changes because I was not interested in returning to that Pulmonologist and thought, I could heal it naturally. A month after seeing him I had my yearly physical and had my PCP add on a complete Eosinophil count. The number was 666, which anything over 500 is high. A year and a half later I had my numbers checked again and now they’re at 1685 almost triple! I decided to see a new Pulmonologist. He looked at my bloodwork and my PFT and immediately said I have Eosinophilic Asthma! He also said I did NOT have COPD which the 1st Pulmonologist said I had. 😡 He now wants me to start on Biologics injectable medication, it I am already doing a treatment called LDA Immunotherapy through my Naturopath, formerly known as EPD which was the name of it when it was created in the UK. I am not doing Biologics as it’s just another Band-Aid to slap on a symptom! I will take my chances with LDA, even though the Pulmonologist told me to be careful with Immunotherapy and that I was in “ uncharted waters”….. 😒🤦🏻‍♀️

Wow, I relate to this so much. The same thing had happened to me. I knew that I didn’t have just regular asthma when no medication was working for me. Eventually Ended up in the hospital for examinations and yup, it was eosinophilic asthma. Luckily (after years) i’m on this medication called Dupixent, it’s life changing. The downside is, it is a shot taken every 2 weeks but I prefer that than sleepless nights.

I got EOE right after I got COVID. In early Jan 2022 I got COVID, which the only main issue was body pain and lost of smell and taste. I recovered from COVID in no time. Then started to get sick around 2 weeks after. Which I thought was from COVID. After months trying to find out why I was so sick. I had a upper GI with a biopsy and was diagnosed with EOE in May 2022.

My son just had an endoscopy after 5 years from getting eoe diagnosis. He was given all those steroids but it did not help but aggravated his stomach pain. I stopped medications prescribed for eoe. His last endoscopy shows his eoe is almost gone as his numbers dropped dramatically. I been giving him apple cider vinegar gummies before meals to improve acid for proper diagestion of foods. I have also been supplementing him with flax oil with omegas, supplementing with quercetin, magnesium, vitamin c and digestive enzymes. B vitamins and I am currently scheduling a full stool examination that will check him for a variety of things trying to find the root of his problem. We will be working with a functional medicine dr. I believe in miracles, thank you Lord! Ask and you shall receive…

@@eosnetwork7789 not really. He has a lot of food allergies so we were already avoiding his most severe allergic foods when he was diagnosed. The change I made was to give him things that will help with his digestion and supplements that may help with inflammation such as the Quercetin and omega oils. I think mal nutrition due to not being able to eat things his body needed only continued the inflammation. He was also younger and it was harder. Now he is fourteen and more willing to take things to help him. I will also be incorporating aloe vera with his morning smoothies to decrease inflammation and promote healing of his esophagus. The biggest thing we did for him was pray for his healing.

Thank you for this video. I was finally diagnosed with EOE after several years of searching for answers. (57 year old female) I got stretched 3 months ago and have been on the 6 food elimination diet now for 3 months, waiting to see an allergy/asthma specialist. (still waiting) My question is, what allergy tests are the best? Patch, prick, blood? I've heard they aren't that dependable. I need to find out what's causing this so I can start eating the things I'm not sensitive to. I had no idea I was even allergic to anything and I've never had asthma problems. The stretch definitely helped a lot. I've lost over 15 lbs. and I'm hungry. But. I feel afraid to eat now that I understand it's a food allergy that's causing the terrible symptoms you've talked about. Any suggestions? I really prefer not to take medications. I'm in the USA. I appreciate your time. :)

I’m 57 and just got diagnosed with EOE after 4 years of searching for results. Seems like doctors want to blame so much on GERD and just prescribe meds for that. So frustrating to go to so many doctors and not get answers. How can doctors learn about new diseases? I’m on a very restrictive diet because I don’t want to take medicines that then in turn cause other problems. Having my esophagus stretched really helped along with not eating foods that aggravate it. I still don’t know what I’m allergic to. I’ve lost 15 pounds in the last 2 1/2 months, but I feel a lot better. Eating good food, and not eating the top 6 triggers. No gluten, dairy, eggs, fish, soy, grains, nuts or sugar. It’s difficult but I’m learning how to survive without. I hope my allergy test shows something so I can reintroduce some foods. It takes so long to get appointments.
