I have a cousin with depression but I would not recommend Jordan’s advice to them on any day. Because Jordan doesn’t live in the real world.

Turn to God....ask Him to help you. pour out your heart to Him. He says - Come boldly to My Throne of Grace....and you will find help in time of need. I care for you. God is an ever present help......God is Love.
