    My mom died 2/2/2024 … 9 months after being diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. She did not have any jaundice until the very end. Itching was at the end. Never had dark urine. She did have back pain and unexplained weight loss but not early enough to save her

    EVOO from Costco was rated very high. Many years ago, there was a problem with adulterated olive oil. The Costco brand was rated as one of the best! Even chefs like it!

    I have the itchy skin, coffee colored urine. I have terrible abdominal pain and the only things I can eat are scrambled eggs, crackers and fruit from which I do not have pain. I have a constant nausea and even at times the scrambled eggs makes worse. I am not a drinker and was diagnosed with a bout of . pancreatitis. I have had anorectal cancer in 2019 and not one scan has been done since they said they "got it all, you're good to go." Doctors will not listen to me and I am beyond well-done by walking away from the office feeling like crap because it is implied that it is "all in my head".

    Early detection doesn't increase survival. It's just a statistical artifact arising from the fact that if you detect it earlier you live longer from the date of detection but not from any treatment

    I love them for breakfast with my morning tea. Aldi's has a great deal on medjool dates. 1# for about $5.50. I keep a bag in my car and take with me everywhere.

    Do not eat any fruits at all as you won't die without them. Fruits contain the sugar fructose which affects the mitochondria and cause inflammation in the body. Fruits affect diabetics and those with pre diabetes, so stay safe.

    I have heard (and read) elsewhere more than once that the cholesterol in food has practically no effect on heart health.Even famous heart doctor Dr.Dean Ornish has said publicly that people only have to worry about their saturated fat and or trans fat levels making sure that they don't eat anymore than ten grams of saturated fat and or trans fat per day or they'll be at an increased risk of having a heart attack.Dr.Dean Ornish says practically nothing about limiting cholesterol in his book(s)

      Dr. Dean Ornish promotes a plant-based, whole food diet. A plant-based diet does not have cholesterol. I just looked up Dr. Ornish. Go read his profile in Wikipedia - it says that he prescribes a low cholesterol diet. Watch the documentary, "Forks over Knives," for more information regarding cholesterol's effect and heart disease.

    Dates are high in iron… soak two dates overnight in a cup of water. Smash with a fork and add a little hot water plus 1-2tsp apple cider vinegar (with the mother) for absorption. Iron will go up quickly.
