San Antonio Vlog and leg day with my client
Hey men how are you right now? Can you explain me more how was your stricture? I had no accident, infection or anything and I’m suffering from this desease. I already have one urethrotomy and my problem came back 8 years after this procedure
I know this video is 3 years old but I was wondering if I still could get some advice. I am 3 days postop and it’s been hell 😣
I done my end to end urethroplasty. Low urine stream after urethroplasty. Dviu after urethroplasty but still facing low stream.
Hello bro. I had done my urethroplasty op.in month of September 2023. I'm 6 months post op. My ED is all normal but semen is oozing instead of shooting. So what is your experience in this regards, especially semen ejaculation? Will resolve to normal ejaculation after years? Since you are 3 years now aftr your op. Please reply.
sadly still dealing with the same thing. the surgery doesnt deal with the nerves that cause erections so its a psychological thing. Im not in a sexually active relationship so im sure that might affect things one day
Sad to hear that. But let's keep hope 🙏
🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
What about your ED ?
still there on some level unfortunately
brother.. did your ED go away
not fully unfortunately
@@clintongoss9276 I'm sorry about that... How is your quality of life now?
@@clintongoss9276 I got urethroplasty 4 months ago. I was fully depressed with the result
Thank you for posting this man🙏 . After a failed dilation about 7 months ago, looking like I’ll be committing to this surgery. How are things now since it’s been a couple years post op?
Good question, I still have ED which is normal for around a year. My ED started after the catheter removal (3 weeks post-op). So I don’t know what that’s about fully but it’s largely psychological. They don’t work on the nerves that affect erections. As far as urine flow goes, I have no issues now! I urinate just fine and have been since I left surgery in January of 2021
@@clintongoss9276 good to hear your flow is a go! Sorry to hear about the ED - that’s definitely been something I’ve worried about. I wonder why that’s a side effect? You’re probably right that it is pretty mental. I imagine there’s gotta be so much hesitance and an affinity towards protecting that area.
@@benhodson610 yeah it’s a lot of trauma to that area. I didn’t have it post-op, it started once the Catheter was removed. The burning feeling of that I guess sent my mind over the edge and I’ve had struggles since then
Do you know how you got your stricture? Did you ever get it fixed?
My penis shrank its so sad im only 2 weeks out i have blood thinners the doctors sent me home with a really swollen bent penis. I had to go right back ive been oozing blood for weeks im getting the catheter out in two days im so scare because its painful to shit. I hope to god im ok i think im gonna be able to pee right after this but you never really know.
after urethroplastic surgery penis size decresed?
@@ramandeepsingh2560 you know maybe not. After all of it is Said and done mine looks jind of alright. You see I had blood thinners and the doctor didn't take the fact that I was bleeding from it still seriously. So after hours of neglect its likely that it looked abysmal because of it. So I wouldn't be too worried, but if you have blood thinners or it's still bleeding when you take off the wrap, insist that you stay before you witness the worst night of your life, and I've had blood clots and heart infections it's no joke. Anyways it's starting to look fine again.
How are you doing now ? I just had my surgery done august 14 2023 and it has been 5 days, I would say recovery is the hardest part of this procedure from start to end, Just wanted to ask you if you had pain from night time erections ? I am still going to have Cather for next few weeks and erections are the only part bothers me the most, any suggestions would be appreciated
Yes I had a ton of pain with those erections and the catheter in there. That’s pretty normal. Hope you’re doing alright! I’m almost 3 years post op and don’t have any urine flow issues either
I just had my surgery, incision and catheter makes it uncomfortable for sure.. it’s been 5 days since my surgery and my concern is pain due to erections in the night time, I am even taking medication to stop erections but none of them work for me and I get erection even in day time and that hurts in penis and incision area and thn comes the think blood discharge just at the tip of the penis. Any suggestion would be great and can erection tear up the repair on the urethra??
What type of Urethroplasty did you went through? Where was the stricture? How long stricture?
Hi brother..I had BMG URETHROPLASTY 1 month back. Removed catheter two weeks ago. Now am freely urinating. But sometimes am having urine spraying. Is this normal in the initial days after catheter removal? Did you experience the same of urine spraying initially.. please reply brother
Thank you for sharing
I wish I could tell my story after undergoing urethral stricture surgery twice

Thank you for sharing your journey, brother! It has been helpful to me.
I know how you feel. I had the same surgery Charithra stricture surgery between my legs. I was in pain.
Was it very painful after awaking from anesthesia?
@@shikhasoni5518 no after that it was everything was swollen
@@danfamilyman7146 did u have bmg? Do u have any difficulty in speaking as ur toung skin may be used?
@@danfamilyman7146 and does this surgery changes anything to ur private part? Shape and size ?? Incision are shown after sometime?
@@shikhasoni5518 it’s definitely not your tongue it’s the inside of your cheek. Yes that shit hurt about 3 inches of skin they form a tube but they still have problems using the restroom once in a while still have to use a catheter couple times a month so I think they missed some of it, but I think they were just wanting to make that money.
Thank you for making this! I'm on day 4 right now. I have a 3.5 hour car ride home and I'm not looking forward to it, but I'd doing pretty decent. The throbbing from the cut under the scrotum is still there, but it has improved. The penile catheter is very sensitive, so I move VERY slowly. I'm hoping that will get better. Did you go "up with your penis when you used the leg bag? My doctor suggested up, but I'm debating trying down.
Facts. Very sensitive
R u ok? Catheter Remove hone k bad everything was ok ? Or Kuch ni krna pdta h?
Is it very painful waking from anesthesia? And u have done bmg?
Gotta go little deeper but good explanation of benefits
Hey after urethroplasty do u have erectile dysfunction?
I'm preparing myself both physically and mentally for urethroplasty. I'm living with slow urine flow for almost 18 years after my perforated appendicitis in 2004. Had catheter for most of the time in hospital. Once discharged, slow urine flow and pain during ejaculation. Semen oozing instead of shooting. Post surgery effect I assumed. suddenly may this year, I had acute urine retention from urethral stricture. Had endoscopy procedure to open up the urethra and asked to do self catheterization but I find it hard to do. Good flow around 1 month but now getting slower. My doctor said need to get urethroplasty.
Have you done urethroplasty now ?
Amazing 18 with urine stricture
@@deeaay9129 not yet.
Scheduled for urethroplasty February next year.
@@armanshah9877good luck bro 18 years of urethral stricture is amazing i guss that your kidneys and bladder are good
how are you now? its been one year do you feel anything?
After 1 year, nope, it was like it never happened and I pee so good still, heavy flow!!
@@Derekcharleslowe does urethroplasty changes the shape of penis? Does it look like before or cut shows?
just finished my urethral reconstruction surgery now onto the 3 weeks of catheters. thank you for your videos very encouraging.
Man I will possibly have to get this done. Can I ask you some questions in private message? God bless you
Yes! Go for it! Ask away
how are you doing now? I have a cystoscopy soon for a possible urethral stricture
R u ok?
U didn't have urethroplasty? Only cystocpy was enough for u?
Another way, go outside

Hey man. Its me again, 1 week after my operation. It has been an extremely rough road for me thus far and I am just wondering if now, 6 months after, do you have ANY lasting effects from the incision? The catheter has been more of a pain and bother than anything this far.
It definitely is a rough road brother. Has anything improved since then? And do you have lubricant jelly for the catheter?
I don’t have any issues with the incision anymore. I had a rash initially but I forget that I have the incision most days. The catheter is the toughest part. Treat it as best you can
@@clintongoss9276 I have improved greatly since then. I have kept very good care of the catheter and had zero hiccups other than a lot of blood in there t one point but it cleared up in 10 minutes. Ive had terrible nights of burning and went into ER but nothing was wrong and I was fine the next day. I have 9 more days until it is removed and I am very very excited. I can hardly wait
@@Derekcharleslowe that’s awesome! Yeah most things you’ll experience with it are normal. Nights can be some of the toughest times. I love to hear that you’re moving along! Barely over a week left and you’ll be done with that thing for good. Keep it rolling homie💪
@@clintongoss9276 I am STOKED!! The first couple days after surgery were definitely the hardest. After the 1 week mark i was feeling great... 2 weeks in now and i am doing just fine, I appreciate your replies! IM ALMOST THERE!!
Hey man. Im about to have this surgery.... I appreciate you making these videos... I have 2 days until surgery...
Hey bro! Thanks for watching! It’s gonna go great, just be patient with the recovery. I would suggest maybe getting some extra catheter care products ahead of the surgery. They don’t provide you enough in my opinion. I’ll be praying over your surgery!
@@clintongoss9276 what would you recommend in terms of catheter care products? I am seriously freaking out about this... how long before you didn't feel totally messed up from the anesthesia? You could walk the next day just slowly?
@@clintongoss9276 and also is the problem gone? You can pee again? My flow is extremely blocked and I've had a few times when my bladder was bulging and I couldn't pee more than a drop per 10 seconds... what was yours like before??
@@Derekcharleslowe disinfectant wipes, tube endings for the different bags. If you have a local medical supply store, they should have a section for catheter care. I stood up from the bed on my own the next day. They don’t really let you move the first day but movement isn’t that bad, just slow. Anesthesia wasn’t too bad. I felt sick from it so they gave me a pain med directly into my IV which messed me up pretty bad. But you may not have the same reaction to the anesthetics. My flow was very slow for years, took me 60+ seconds to pee. But it’s all gone now! Issue is completely solved. You may get ED post catheter removal for a while but that’s normal for this. It’s more psychological than anything. Just takes time. They have people experiencing ED for up to a year post op due to having pain in that area from the operation
@@clintongoss9276 wow I appreciate this so much.... thank you... I hope everything goes smooth. I actually just got off the phone with them and its at 6 am Wednesday ☹
Do make a video about the after effects of urethroplasty and pain/discomfort
