2024 Year end Reception & ERG Forum Video
This ERG Forum, hosted by TD Securities in collaboration with AABDC, presents a crucial discussion on the challenges and opportunities Asian professionals face in achieving leadership recognition in today’s evolving workplace. Moderated by Ritu Baral, Managing Director and Senior Biotechnology Analyst at TD Securities, and featuring 4 Asian leaders, the panel will explore the unique struggles around visibility and leadership potential that Asians encounter, especially in remote and hybrid work environments.

    Meanwhile, employees across the nation working retail earn less than $13 an hour. Some states less than $10 an hour! Vivek's networth is over $70 million while someone who busts their ass has to work two jobs because Albertson's can't pay staff more than $1500 a month after taxes. Truly disgusting and disconnected from reality to think families can survive on such low wages.

    Words such as "diversity and inclusion" simply mean that white hetero males will be discriminated against. Most people who claim to favor "diversity" will flee in anger from any idea which isn't a part of leftist ideology. Real diversity relates to ideas and experiences, not accidents of birth such as melanin/gender.

    KSA or DIE. If you’re a government worker or a veteran that has applied for a government job your qualifications are based upon: KSA = Knowledge, Skills, Ability. DIE = Diversity, Inclusion, Equity (Equity is not the same as Equality) does nothing to prove an individual’s Knowledge, Skills and Ability to do the job. If a company feels compelled to add a DIE hiring manager or change their company logo to rainbow colors to pander to the LGBTQ group or DIE group, it’s perceived as patronizing and thus that company may be suspect or actually guilty of past discriminatory hiring practices. The bottom line…any Federal, State, public or private company that discriminates against a person’s race, religion, age, gender, sexual orientation, political affiliation, economic status, veteran status or disability is in violation of State and Federal employment laws. KSA or DIE. Teach your children well.
