This is fascinating! I live very close by and never knew about this spring! How does the force of the outflow feel on the body, and was the outflow current on this particular day normal, or can it get much stronger on certain days?
It's definitely considered a high flow system. The first time in there it's a bit shocking. The flow this particular day is about normal. There are periods where it is so bad there is no way you would want to be in there. Those rocks get tossed around like crazy. It would make for a bad day for sure.
Interesting! Did you get all the way to the end of the fire hydrant in this video?
Looks loke fun! What cave is this?
This is Jackson Blue Springs in Marianna, Fl.
Are you searching for a treasure worth millions? because I see no other legit reason to be doing this IMO
That’s a fun fun passage! Glad to not hear those annoying bubbles! I may have to dive that tomorrow. It also sounds like you haven’t broken yourself of the OC breathing habits
Yeah still getting used to the breather but it's coming along.
@@CaveDiver and your wife is probably out diving you on it… and you know me if you haven’t figured out.
horrifying claustrophobia alert
I am too risk averse for anything like this so I appreciate you giving us a glimpse into your experience.
This is a shallow system. I don’t think we exceeded 60’ deep.
How deep are yall ?
Max depth is about 65'.
Why do people think this is fun? Pitch black, freezing temperatures, narrow constricting passages... all while underwater. Who decides to pick a hobby that literally has the word DIE in it??
I am not a cave diver but I think it is just interesting to explore something, to see with its own eyes something that you don't see in everyday life.
It’s not for everyone that’s for sure. For me I like the equipment intensive side of it, the exploration and the beautiful nature of caves.
❤🧡💛💚💙💜🤎
Cool footage. Where is this?
Marianna, Florida in Jackson Blue Springs lower section of King's Canyon
Amazing video! How deep does it get ?
The Power Room drops to 300'
wow this is incredible! absolutely different world 👀
nope, no effing way. all that weight above you, those long cracks. nope . at least a collapse would kill you instantly. but getting pinned and using all your air, knowing each breath brought you closer to the end nope no effing way .😮
Yah big nope haha. This whole thing is like an intro to a scary movie.
This is awesome. Thank you for exploring these insane places.
That current is crazy. That's awesome.
Incredible.
I have done some very amateur caving but I would love to conquer my fear of water and join you hah. I literally have never wanted to do anything more than explore this thingand I just learned of it minutes ago.
Fantastic looking sump! Nice work!
Amazing! The lack of turbidity is astonishing to me. Very clear video. This dive represents a ton of staging work as I understand it.
Wow. Well done! I would love to see more, and hear about the trip.
absolutely fantastic!!!
Holy friggin crap...
