If you look at the story reveal trailer, it lights up Ensei in the crowd of the art for WARPOUT. Play as him when playing the song to unlock it.
How i did it: I just replaced a video file in the MOVIE folder of the game that's it
I know Akira Complex because Noisz: Starlivht featured their tracks "Annihilator" and "LVL.99" as well as "世界の終わりで会いましょう" which was made by them and Melancholiaah. R.I.P.
