no it falls under the cottage food production. they just have to have on it that it wasnt prepared in an inspected and approved kitchen on the product i do believe

Because your clean might not be their clean, I don't want to eat from your kitchen if you have pets. Mold in your house, roaches, unkempt hair, half ass washed hands, etc.
It's not crazy at all. Your family and friends trust you. The public doesn't. And shouldn't.

Ahhh... the necessary (all?) regulations of the U.S.A. Did anyone hear that the street food vendors in India turn themselves in to their version of the IRS to pay the back-taxes/penalties on their unreported income of over US$7.5 MILLION? How much income do you, the Portland vendors make in 10 years?
