This is taken from Rajasthan,India.
Cultures all over the world have their own version of this instrument. But yes, in Rajasthan they play the Morchang, fundamentally the same instrument.

In English is a “jaw harp” or “Jew harp”, you can find this instrument in a lot of different cultures. Here in Italy for example is generally called “scacciapensieri” more precisely “marranzanu” in Sicily or “trunfa” in Sardinia
