Hi, you are clearly a beginner at this type of game and you make many mistakes. No offence - everyone was a beginner once😉. In my opinion, your campaign is allready doomed. I advise you to start the campaign again and choose the "Major" difficulty. This will not make the game easy, but it will be more forgiving. You need every advantage you can get. Don't select any negativ traits. If you want to try more positive traits, you can give yourself more "Commander Trait Points" in the advanced options at the beginning. You should definitely selecet "Old Guard" (1 Point) as a postive trait. "Perimeter Control" (1), "Meticulouse Planning" (2) and "Battle Academy" (2) are also good for a beginner - in this order. Additionally I would take "Operational Initiative" (1), "Terrain Expert" (1) and/or "Deadly Grasp" (1).

This is one of my favourite games, and the way you speak is so fresh and calm. You definitely got a sub! 🇧🇷

I’m enjoying your play through. I had to start over because I was rushing through. I’m taking my time now and going through this game methodically seems to work out better that way.

There is a perk that enhances your stats if you are outnumbered, I just unlocked it. It is a life saver.

One can only scroll through a certain amount of hour long videos of a game trying to find where to get an item before they uninstall the terribly designed game.
