i like the fact that yusei summons one of the most powerful cards in the game using the the ace monsters of his friends. its like he's saying "i can't go beyond without those beside me!" shooting quasar dragon isn't just a powerful ass card. it's the physically representation of the bond that team 5ds has.

Yusei is still the best Yugioh main character. He is so inspiring. Despite living in poor community and going through many hardships even more than other main characters he had the motivation to live towards the future not only for himself but also for his friends and family. He is also the only hero who did not fall into dark side.

Yep. I remember thinking dueling on motorcycle was really stupid concept and stopped watching yugioh after gx. Then I watched the series years later and was blown away just how good it was.
